I'd be happy to hear what anyone else here does for insomnia. My tendency is to get up, read email, and walk around the house like a nut for awhile, but it really doesn't help much.
And another thing...I worked hard and long on making my icon, I thought it was a fairly original juxtaposition of ideas, and making it with Lview wasn't easy.
But then I discover Gottfried Helnwein, who's been making paintings with that same theme-albeit, with more direct, less symbolic depictions, since before I was born. That sucks....but he's a better painter than I am, and he has the distinction of being one of the only post WWII artists that german right wingers have labeled "degenerate art", which is practically an endorsement as far as I'm concerned.

But mostly, I need some insomnia cures.
I'm looking forward to doing an entry in the caption contest soon as I regain some mental capacity.
This sucks...I make a post, but it's all serious, talking about sleep problems and artists...meanwhile everyone else is witty as hell and keeps me in stitches....
